Case Study: Renovation

When renovating existing sites, space can be limited, budgets can quickly be broken, and time is of the essence. StormTech was able to provide the University of Iowa with a stormwater storage solution for the Kinnick Stadium expansion that promised to meet the spatial, budgetary, and time restraints of the project.

The 147 chamber system was installed in just three days using three and four man crews. This included excavating, setting fabric, laying chambers, installing manholes, and placing backfill.

The StormTech chamber system is located under the new parking lot just south of Kinnick Stadium.
